Eventually she obtained her real estate license and following Henry's death she and Natasha went into business together as co-owners of Garrett & Brashears Realtor. |

Brandi was named the Godmother of Natasha's three children with Andrew upon their respective births in 1983 and 1985. At a Fourth of July party in 1994 Brandi's life took a dramatic turn of events. After witnessing an argument between Andrew and Natasha she confronted her best friend's husband. Without thinking or consideration for Natasha's feelings the two ended up having sex. Andrew and Brandi then began having a dangerous affair that lasted until November of that year. Brandi and Nicholas quickly hit it off and they even made love in a bedroom of one of the houses she was showing him. In 2002, when Nicholas returned back to River's Edge with his wife Audrey and their two children Justin and Ethan she began to speculate that her relationship with Nicholas was over and such began dating Ethan. Audrey made it clear to her husband that she would not let him go without a fight and Brandi backed off. Audrey thought she had won the fight soon learned that Ethan had begun to see his father's mistress. After a family dinner with Nicholas, Audrey, Justin, Leslie Bradshaw, Ethan and Brandi - Brandi mistook Justin's bedroom for Ethan's and the two ended up having sex, all the while believing it was Ethan and not Justin. When the romp was later exposed Leslie ended her engagement to Justin and the Pierce brothers came to blows over Brandi. As the fight intensified between her sons, Audrey attempted to break it up and in her efforts became the victim. Audrey lost her balance, fell, and hit her head on the fireplace which rendered her comatose and later paralyzed. Once Audrey emerged from her coma she learned that not only had Nicholas taken control of King Fashion but he intended to divorce her and marry Brandi - as Brandi had revealed to him that she was pregnant with this child. In 2002, during a fashion show in Monte Carlo with her worst enemy by her side Brandi gave birth to a perfect and beautiful son - Lewis. The happy family returned to River's Edge where things seemed to be calm. Brandi's Godson Jered Bradshaw began selling real estate with her and actually on several occasions sought out her advice regarding his relationship with Kendra Logan who also happened to be his step-sister. In 2004, Brandi's marriage to Nicholas hit a rough patch as Audrey began to make a play for her ex-husband. At Jodi Bradshaw's wedding to Jaxson Hayes, Audrey revealed that she was able to walk and as a result planted a kiss on Nicholas which was witnessed by Brandi. Because of the kiss Brandi began to drink heavily at the reception and soon left without telling anyone where she was going. Hours later Justin Pierce came upon a car accident and was horrified to learn that it was Brandi and that she had hit Jered and Kendra. Justin tried to keep the truth from Brandi but eventually she discovered that she was responsible for Jered's accident. She attempted to flee River's Edge in order to avoid prosecution or further hurting Natasha. A chance encounter with Jered's spirit however compelled her to confess her involvement which she did, but not before marrying Justin. In February 2005, Brandi was sent to prison for her role in Jered's death. She is currently eligible for parole in 2012. |
