| Justin/Angela "All hell is going to break lose!" laughs Hawkins regarding the revelation of Justin and Angela's affair. This is the man who was helping Brandi runaway from her crimes and he's sleeping with Jered's aunt, this storyline will not end well. The couple will struggle through the early part of the year, but eventually everything will come crashing down around them and make them evaluate their relationship for better or worse! |
| Travis/Pamela/Rhonda "Hell hath no fury like Pamela Bradshaw McCarty scorned!" reminds Hawkins and someone should have really warned Rhonda! No man has ever made a fool of Pamela and she'll be damned for Travis to be the first. "This storyline has been so much fun planning," says Hawkins who explains that Rhonda best watch her back. This propels a much bigger story for Pamela with ties to Phillip and the history that they share. Look for a death to shake this story up as well. |
| Russell/Sabrina The crown jewel of early 2010 - Russell and Sabrina. "This vixen character is stepping into a leading female role as she finally gets happily ever after," smiles Hawkins. But when Sabrina becomes the new Mrs. Banning there are those, namely Russell's daughters who are out to out her from their family. We'll see all of Sabrina's family from Oklahoma as the couple prepares for a March wedding and one uninvited guest WILL change Sabrina's life forever! |
| April There's some big things happened for April. "She's building a new life for herself in Dallas," says Hawkins. The reasons why she won't return to River's Edge are addressed and that means welcoming back Smoke Watson. Jodi With her novel done Jodi travels to New York City to meet with her editor, but there will be a sudden change and it will put her back in the orbit of someone from her River's Edge past. A huge lingering question is the secret that Jodi is not Natasha's daughter, rather Jillian Malone Marshall's and that secret will come to light in 2010. |
| Joshua/Ryan There will be love for Josh and Ryan in 2010 as both embark on stories that will lead to new loves and into one another's bed! "These are two very different men on two very different paths," shares Hawkins, which contributed to their break-up.
